HEY, GUESS WHAT, GUYS, IN THE BOOKS YOU READ IN HIGH SCHOOL COLOR IMAGERY IS ACTUALLY A PRETTY FUCKING BIG DEAL AND YOUR ENGLISH TEACHER WENT TO COLLEGE TO LEARN HOW TO TELL YOU THAT IT’S A BIG FUCKING DEAL THEY DO NOT JUST MAKE STUFF UP ON THE SPOT THERE IS ACTUALLY A METHOD FOR INTERPRETING LITERATURE SO IF YOU WANT TO CRY ABOUT ENGLISH CLASS AND WHAT YOUR TEACHER THINKS ABOUT IT GO TO COLLEGE AND BE AN ENGLISH MAJOR FIRST AND THE PROFESSIONALS WILL FUCKING TELL YOU THAT THE CURTAINS WERE BLUE FOR A FUCKING REASON  AS A WRITER I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO SAY HOW MUCH IT PISSES ME OFF THAT PEOPLE CAN’T SEEM TO GET IT THROUGH THEIR THICK HEADS THAT MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THERE IS DEEPER MEANING TO LITERATURE AND THE AUTHOR MOST LIKELY SPENT A FUCKING LONG TIME MAKING SURE EVERY SENTENCE WAS JUST RIGHT. FUCK YOU.

I AM SURE I WILL LOSE FOLLOWERS/INSULT MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THIS POST AND I AM AWARE THAT THE ABOVE WAS AN EXTREMELY BITCHY RUN-ON SENTENCE AND I DO NOT CARE. AND YES, I AM MAD.

also I put way too much thought into everything (ie. there’s a significant reason I sign my emails Evan, Ev, Evster, or EIS whenever I email my friend) and I’m not even a fucking author so I can appreciate how much thought they must put into things.
